We are a woman-owned company that was founded in 1998 with a straightforward mission: no matter the deliverable, we strive to “get it right the first time.”

We offer a variety of professional writing services, including white papers, requirements documents, project plans, Web content, training materials, user manuals, business plans, product specifications, marketing  and PR materials, case studies, TV ad content, newsletters, presentations (with talking points), proposals, job aids, and process improvement documentation and templates.

But that’s not all. We also provide strategic planning and marketing, research, training, coaching, conference organization and facilitation, cultural enrichment and presentations, writing workshops, and technical consulting with special expertise in enterprise architecture, technical project management, and telecommunications.

And our mission is always the same. We pledge to do our best to get it right the first time by working with you to nail your company’s or organization’s audience and requirements.

We can do this because we only hire high quality professionals as our employees. In fact, all of our staff has advanced degrees (such as PhDs, MAs, MEs, and MBAs), many of us have international experience, and we have worked at such companies as Microsoft, Titan, Sprint, Cap Gemini, and Sun, as well as with such non-profits as the Ernest Hemingway Foundation, F. Scott Fitzgerald Society, and the Kennedy Library.
